Dependable Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration, Inc. is a licensed and insured full service HVAC company providing residential and commercial system installation, geothermal systems, air treatment and humidification, and specialized exhaust and make up air systems.
We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, selling Carrier products exclusively. Our team meets Carrier’s strict training and customer service standards, giving customers added benefits like NATE certified technicians, a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, and access to Carrier financing and rebates.
Our sales team brings over 35 years of industry experience, with every salesman starting as a service or installation technician. All are factory trained and graduates of Carrier University, ensuring accurate recommendations and properly designed systems from start to finish.

Matt Finnie
Business Development & Operations Coordinator

Experience – Has been part of the Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration team for the past three years, bringing leadership, problem-solving, and a people-first mindset to the role as Business Development & Operations Coordinator. Before joining Dependable, Matt served a 20-year career in law enforcement, retiring in 2021. His background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and commitment to the community—qualities he now applies to helping our customers and team every day.
Hobbies include – Outside of work, Matt enjoys hockey, golfing, watching his kids play their sports, and spending quality time with his family.
Patrick Finnie
Director of Service & Administration
Experience – Patrick has been with Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration for 20 years and currently oversees the operation of the service department. In addition to his extensive industry experience, he earned his Business degree from Siena Heights University in 2011, giving him a strong foundation for both leadership and customer service.
Hobbies include – Golfing, exercising, being with family, and watching my kids play all of their sports.

Experience – With 29 years of experience at Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, Mike has built his career from the ground up. He started as an installation helper, worked his way up to foreman, and after a decade in the field, transitioned into his current role as Sales & Installation Supervisor. His hands-on expertise and long-standing commitment to the company make him a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers.
Hobbies include – Golfing, watching movies, and spending time with my family
Don Rawlins
Commercial Sales
Experience – With 32 years at Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, Don has decades of hands-on knowledge in the HVAC industry. He began his career as a service technician and worked his way into his current role as Commercial Job Manager, where he oversees large-scale projects.
Hobbies include – Tinkering with an old Triumph Spitfire car. Spending time with family.
Vicki Turnbull
Accounting Manager - Finance - Human Resources
Experience -For the past 9 years, Vicki has been an essential part of Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, managing the company’s accounting, payroll, and financial statements. She also oversees insurance and a wide range of HR responsibilities, keeping both the business and the team running smoothly.
Hobbies include – golfing, beaching and bike riding. Spending time with her 9 grand-kids from ages 1 to 19 with one more on the way.
